Booking Confirmation and Requirements

To secure a smooth booking, Rwanda Gorilla Trek requires a completed Booking Form or a booking request via email from the client (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18 years old). If paying by credit card, we also require your payment details (card number, expiry date, and name on card) via the secure authorization form that will be sent to you by our reservation department.

A booking is considered valid only from the date Rwanda Gorilla Trek confirms its acceptance in writing. Please note that Rwanda Gorilla Trek reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

Tips to secure a booking with Rwanda Gorilla

• Submission: Complete and submit a Booking Form or send a formal booking request via email. The form must be submitted by the client or their parent/legal guardian (if the client is under 18 years of age).
• Payment Details: If you choose to pay by credit card, our reservation department will send you a secure authorization form. This form requires the card number, expiry date, and the name on the card.
• Validity: A booking is considered valid only upon receipt of written confirmation from Rwanda Gorilla Trek.
• Discretion: Rwanda Gorilla Trek retains the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
