The best area for chimpanzee tracking is Kibale NP, which is formally known as Kibale Forest NP. There are thirteen species of primates that have been recorded, which is the greatest number of any Uganda park; usually many species can be viewed on forest walks. Butterflies and birds are also found.
WILDLIFE
The best area in Africa to see primates is Kibale. Travellers can see many species of chimpanzees. Some of the species of chimpanzee be active during the daytime; these include velvet, red-tailed, Lhotse’s and blue monkey, Oliver baboon, Ugandan red colobus, and Uganda mangabey. Other mammals, including lion, elephants, and buffalo, are there but not usually viewed
SCENERY
Kibale has over different and many altitude zones. On the south floor, the Albertine Valley of the tropical forest plateau changes in the savannah. The forest is really noted in the past, in contrast to small other forests in Uganda. It is so unmoving, relatively pristine, and inhabited by a small number of very big mahoganies, figs, and many more hardwoods.
WEATHER AND CLIMATE
Kibale’s closeness to the equator gives it a coldness or hotness climate yearly, with every-day maximum of nearly 27°/81°F.
